Lexus is launching a comprehensive warranty package to cover vehicles for up to 10 years or 100,000 miles on all its models, whether new, nearly new, or pre-owned.
The coverage begins with an initial 3-year/60,000-mile warranty, included as standard, and extends with a service-activated warranty of up to seven additional years. Each time the vehicle receives a qualifying service at a Lexus workshop, it gains another 12 months or 10,000 miles of warranty coverage, at no extra cost.
Lexus Insurance is also offering bespoke options tailored to specific models while the brand’s first mileage-based policy Lexus RZ Insurance will offer a refund if an owner drives fewer miles than initially declared.
In addition, Hybrid Insurance will offer significant savings for vehicles that operate largely in electric mode, with discounts of up to 25% on renewal premiums. Both policies include a courtesy car during repairs, repairs with Lexus parts, and 24-hour emergency support.
The Lexus Reserve programme meanwhile will offer 42 days of hybrid vehicle hire over a three-year period for owners of Lexus EVs, including the RZ 300e, RZ 450e, and UX 300e.
Lexus is also integrating advanced security features across its models, including an insurance-approved immobiliser and alarm system and is partnering with Tracker Network to offer eligible cars the Tracker S7 device to help recover stolen vehicles through a three-year subscription at no cost. Lexus Approved Used vehicles also benefit from this security upgrade.
